This spacious chalet, equipped with air conditioning, and heating is situated in a beautiful location on the campsite, just about 100 meters from the lake and 100 meters from the swimming pool. In front of the chalet is a garden with plenty of room for children to play as well as to enjoy sunbathing. It is fully furnished for holiday use with 4 beds and a sofa which can be turned into a bed. What makes chalet 86A stand out from others? We have considered for our guests: two bicycles, a beach trolley to carry beach items to the lake, garden umbrella, family board games, BBQ(coal), WIFI, microwave, dishwasher.

• The chalet is smoke-free.

• You cannot charge your electric car and/or bicycle at the chalet.

Boat information

• If you would like to bring your own boat or jetski, the camping has a dock and a slip way. To can keep your boat/jetski at the dock at a charge of 25euros/day. You can also use the slip way to go in and out of the lake for free. Please note that all boats and jetskis require a registration sticker from the porlezza city hall. The sticker is valid for the whole year.

Not included

• Cleaning, damage and missing things: You are responsible for cleaning the chalet yourself at the end of your rental period and maintaing all items in good state. We require a €100 deposit for this. You will receive your deposit back after your stay, provided the cleaning is approved, and there are no damages or missing items.

• PETS: We welcome pets in our chalets, however in this case, unfortunately, we are obliged to add an additional charge of €80 due to sanitizing and cleaning costs in respect of allergy-free / hair shedding-free for our next guests. This will be added to the contract so please let us know in advance if you are travveling with your pets. If pets are brought without our notification, the cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit.

• Tourist tax €1 per person per day from 14 years and older. (To be paid at the reception)

• Toilet papers, towels, bed covers and pillow covers.
